I’m Rachel Schaefer, founder of Arleigh Homes and a Twin Cities custom home builder with nearly two decades of experience in the corporate event planning and project management space. If there’s one thing my time in the field has taught me, it’s that organizing and executing a project is anything but easy.
Whether it’s organizing a 2,000+ person conference or building a home from scratch, every detail matters.
