Hi!

I’m Rachel Schaefer. I am a General Contractor and Freelance Project Manager based in the Twin Cities, MN.

I spent 15-years working as a corporate event planner and transitioned to the construction industry during COVID. I started as a freelance project manager for a high-end custom home builder, focused in Edina.

My work is driven by my values. I value honesty, integrity, attention to detail, efficiency, transparency, teamwork and client satisfaction.

I’m not going to sugar coat it, custom home building is stressful. Every project has unique challenges because every home is one-of-a-kind and has never been built before. But I love a good challenge - and will help guide you through it. Hopefully have some fun while we’re at it!

In my personal time I enjoy traveling with my husband, spending time with my two dogs (@OtisandBernie), attending Broadway musicals, and baking.
